Mission description: Someone has been spreading horrible posters covered with vile lies about local merchants, and causing significant damage via breaking windows and starting fires in the open market stalls. Catch them at all costs.
Mission details: The vandal is a local merchant that wants to be the kind of the Bazaar; even though he hold barely any power or personal wealth, due to pissing it all away via gambling debts and alcohol. Hunt him down and subdue him; but do not kill him. He cannot fight back, and will be alone when you find him. If he dies, you fail the mission because there will be no proof that he is the vandal otherwise.
